During season 10 of the Real Housewives of New York City, fans have watched the friendship of Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill crumble before their eyes. But Tinsley Mortimer says her co-stars’ falling out is not her fault. Mortimer recently talked to OK! Magazine and she says she is close friends with Radziwill, but that has nothing to do with Frankel and Radziwill’s relationship.
“My friendship with Carole is completely and utterly separate from Bethenny,” says Mortimer. “I love Carole. She is a dear, dear friend. She introduced me to Scott, which was so nice and ugh, you know, I am not the direct cause of their friendship.”
Mortimer went on to say that she hopes Frankel and Radziwill can get past their issues and work things out. But, during recent RHONY episodes, the tension has mounted between the former besties, and they are continuing their feud with arguments on social media.
Mortimer joined the RHONY cast last season when she moved into Sonja Morgan’s townhouse. But, after living together for a few months, the two women have been at odds during season ten. But, they seem to have worked things, since they posed together on the red carpet at OK! Magazine’s Summer Kickoff Party at Magic Hour in Moxy Times Square last week.
She also reconciled with her ex Scott Kluth. The couple broke up last year after dating for several months but reunited this spring around the time that season ten of RHONY premiered.
Anyone else think Bethenny is the one going through a midlife crisis, feeling depressed, lonely, and deflecting it on Carole? 🤔 #RHONY

As for Frankel and Radziwill, after being inseparable for multiple seasons, this year things have been different. A divide has grown between them, and they continue to fight about everything from boyfriends to charity work.
Frankel has admitted that there has been “a shift” in the friendship, and Radziwill has disputed several things Frankel has said about her. The SkinnyGirl mogul has said that there is a difference between her lifelong friends and the friends she has made on the show. She explained that friendships with new people aren’t as deep as the friendships you have had your whole life.
She also says that because of how reality TV works, producers can blow out of proportion any tiny change in friendships on the show.

But, Radziwill has a different perspective. She says she has seen a different side of Frankel and isn’t happy with some of the things her former friend has done. So, she has adjusted her expectations. She says she is a bit more realistic in how she sees Frankel and less idealistic.
Carole Radziwill says that she thought she had a real friendship with Bethenny Frankel, but her behavior wasn’t consistent with someone she would consider a good friend. All of a sudden, things got “gossip-y,” mean, and unnecessary.
