The year of 2017 has been filled with many ups and downs for the Queen of Twirls. On the upside, she’s officially a housewife, on the downside, she might be losing her home!
According to All About the Tea, Kenya Moore owes nearly $7,000 in taxes for her Sandy Springs, Georgia home.
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office Tax Sales tell Radar Online that: “These are delinquent tax sales. When taxes are not paid by homeowners, the tax commissioner can sell the taxes to a third party. If they don’t make the payment to satisfy the lien, we auction the taxes off.”
This is shocking considering that she was just trying to expose her co-star, Sheree Whitfield, for unpaid property taxes.
What’s even more interesting is that Moore claimed that she would be selling her home in order to move in with her new husband.
Kenya not only stars in “Real Housewives of Atlanta” but she has a production company and a hair care line. Her husband is also very successful in the restaurant industry and as an entrepreneur.
The 46-year-old’s focus is on getting pregnant as soon as possible. She was spotted visiting an IVF clinic in the islands a few weeks ago.
If she’s planning on having a baby, she first needs to get her housing situation in order whether that means paying the taxes owed or selling to buy a new one completely.
This isn’t the first time that she’s had trouble with the contemporary-styled home.
Last year the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star complained that fans would often show up to photograph the manor and some even tried to come on the property.
Who could forget when her violent ex-boyfriend, Matt Jordan, completely vandalized the house during a fit of rage?
Do you think Kenya will leave Moore Manor to move in with Marc Daly?
