When the famous rapper was taken out of the show, fans were truly outraged. Maybe now they will be happy to know that the suburban singer will come back to X Factor with the same defiant attitude in the next episode. She will participate in the latest stage of this yearly ITV competition, and this comes after Ivy Grace, the Filipino contestant, had to quit.
She was forced to quit the show after she couldn’t obtain a visa in order to travel to LA, the place where the judging house of Sharon is found. Aged 33, the mother of one who came from Manila has amazed the judges when she sang “I Have Nothing” from Whitney Houston. Even Nicole Scherzinger was truly impressed, telling her that her voice was meant for the entire world, not just for the Philippines. Sadly, it seems that the embassy did not have the same opinion.
What was ITV’s response? They created an opening for the rapper Honey G, who is now enjoying a new opportunity to participate in the show. As it seems, she will be competing against James Wilson, Janet Grogan, Samantha Atkinson, Christopher Peyton and Relly C in the category of singers over 25 years old. This turn of events takes place after Sharon refused to bring Honey G to the next round, so you could bet Honey G is over the moon right now.
The aspiring star, on her real name Anna Georgette Gilford tried to perform the song “WTF (Where They From)” by Missy Elliott and Pharrell, but the judges were not so impressed by her and so she didn’t get a spot in the judges’ houses.
She is now hitting back with an incredible confidence in herself, as she told Sharon that deciding to leave her out was the worst mistake in her life.
