Hillary Clinton’s Friend Linda Bloodworth-Thomason Claims Top Democratic Officials Were Warned About Harvey Weinstein’s Behavior

Hillary Clinton has admitted to being shocked by the disturbing allegations that her friend and one of her biggest donors, Harvey Weinstein, molested or rapped over two dozen women.
Now her close pal and confidant, Linda Bloodworth-Thomason, has come forward to reveal that for years she has been warning “top-level Democratic operatives” about Weinstein’s disgusting behavior towards models, actresses, and reporters.
Bloodworth-Thomason, the creator of the classic TV show Designing Women, said despite ringing the alarm bells, both Barack Obama and Mrs. Clinton raised millions off Weinstein.
Michelle and Barack took it a step further by allowing their daughter, Malia Obama, to intern for Weinstein who is now being called a sexual predator by many.
In a lengthy piece in the Hollywood Reporter, the writer revealed: “And yes, some may call it hypocritical, but I confess to having had no problem warning at least three top-level Democratic operatives against allowing Harvey Weinstein to host political fundraisers. A warning that evidently (and to the glee of Fox News) fell on deaf ears. Anyway, instead of re-litigating how we all got here, we might now be better served to ask not whether we knew about Weinstein’s crimes, but rather why we didn’t make it our business to know —particularly we women who have even a modicum of power or financial success.”
She went on to say: “Shouldn’t it be our job to ask the females around us — the secretaries, the personal assistants and makeup artists — “Are you being treated OK? Is anyone harassing you? If this is happening, I promise I’ll stand right beside you.” Wouldn’t that be a sweet world?”
Late last week after being called out by may of the people who voted for her, while on CNN, Clinton announced that she would return the millions of dollars in donations that Weinstein gave her to charity.
The failed presidential candidate said the disgraced mogul was a friend who donated to her campaigns and is also a major Democratic Party fundraiser.
She shared: “People in Democratic politics for a couple of decades appreciated his help and support.”
For some unknown reason, Clinton stayed mum for five days after the Weinstein sex scandal broke.
Clinton said in a brief statement: “I was shocked and appalled by the revelations about Harvey Weinstein. The behavior described by women coming forward cannot be tolerated. Their courage and the support of others is critical in helping to stop this kind of behavior.”
People want Obama also to return the money he received from Weinstein.
