Angela Simmons finished 2017 by telling all of her followers that she was walking away from all of the things that are bad in her life. Many of her fans’ first thought is that she was leaving Sutton Tennyson – who is the father of her child.
Angela hasn’t worn her engagement ring for a long time and hasn’t been seen with him either, so people were beginning to get the hint.
However, according to a report from BET.com, Tennyson, 37, had been dealing with a drug trafficking charge while also courting Angela: this may be the reason they stopped seeing each other.
Bossip states that the court records show he was arrested by police near the LA airport in March of 2015 and they hit him with felony transportation and sale of marijuana.
He pleaded “no contest” to a charge of marijuana trafficking. According to the LA District Attorney’s Office, the government sentenced him to 30 days community service as well as a four-month jail sentence.
Additionally, Tennyson found himself in trouble with the Ford Motor Corporation due to trying to halt payments for a car he leased.
The company wants their legal fees to be paid as well as the outstanding balance which was $3,200. However, he hasn’t responded to the lawsuit yet.
Despite the fact most would consider stopping the use of so much money – especially money that a person doesn’t have – Tennyson has continued to throw cash around, considering he just bought a four-bedroom home on the East Coast for $431,000.
Sutton isn’t the only person in financial trouble in the United States, as the average household debt in America is $137,000. North of the border in Canada, the amount is just $51,000 – which we concede is still an incredibly large sum.
