Donald Trump first took public office back in 2016, and since then, the condemnation around the world has been neverending. For Tom Arnold, one-year-and-a-half is enough for him to be in power, and Tom has plans to get him out.
As you may know, Arnold has vehemently opposed the president in the past, and now he intends to do something about it. According to Viceland, Tom will star in a series titled, The Hunt For The Trump Tapes with Tom Arnold, an eight-episode series to come out later in 2018.
Arnold joked that no one ever thought he would become a journalist, but nobody ever thought they would see Trump as the chief-in-command either.
“Let’s hope this marks the end of both our careers,” Arnold explained. According to the press release, Tom will use his “network of connections” to find evidence for the sake of removing Trump from office.
The goal is to uncover career-ruining recordings and records of Trump. Even though the tone of the film will be one of seriousness, Tom admitted there would be some funny parts.
Moreover, Viceland created a website which people can send videotapes and evidence to if needed. Ironically, Arnold used to be married to Roseanne Barr, an outspoken supporter of the politician.
Arnold stated that people should give the reboot of her show a chance, otherwise, they might miss something great. In a review for the Hollywood Reporter, Arnold said the purpose of her show is to be real, rather than to have a specific political slant or ideology. If a person needs their views to be confirmed, rather than challenged then her show is not for them.
The comedian joked that his ex-wife has “done everything” from tugging on his hair transplants shortly after the procedure as well as telling the world on Saturday Night Live that he has a “three-inch penis.” If he can give it a second shot, then everyone can.
