Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk are getting ready to tie the knot. The couple got engaged back in November of last year and recently confirmed their plans to wed. With a celebrity wedding on the horizon, here is a look back at how their romance unfolded over the years.
Paltrow started dating the American Horror Story co-creator in the summer of 2014. The two met while working on the hit TV series Glee, which he helped create. Their relationship was strictly professional at first but that changed after Paltrow broke things off with her husband of 10 years, Chris Martin.
With the pair’s infamous “conscious uncoupling,” Paltrow was free to start dating again. Lucky for them, Falchuk was also coming off a breakup with Suzanne Bulnik, so the timing was perfect for their romance to really take off.
Falchuk and Paltrow kept their relationship low-key for the next year. According to Us Magazine, the pair made their romance official in September of 2015 when the actress joined Falchuk in L.A. for the premiere of Scream Queens. Shortly after the event, Falchuk shared a photo on Instagram that officially confirmed they were dating. “My date and I,” he captioned the photo.
Over the course of the next few years, Paltrow and Falchuk kept their romance fairly private. But that all changed in the fall of 2017 when news leaked that the Glee creator had popped the big question. At the time, inside sources claimed that Paltrow and Falchuk knew that it was only a matter of time before they got engaged. Both of them have been married and so they were not in any rush to take things to the next level.

Shortly after the engagement, the two were spotted eating a late breakfast with her ex-husband, Martin. Paltrow and Martin share two children from their marriage: Apple and Moses.
Paltrow and Falchuk made everything official in January of this year. The pair released a joint statement in light of all the rumors that confirmed they were set to wed. A few months later, Paltrow opened up about the romance and admitted that the entire family is excited to accept Falchuk into the fold.
“It’s a very happy time, I have to say,” she explained. “I’m super lucky in that I have these incredible relationships in my life.”
Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk have not announced when or where the wedding will take place.
