While it is safe to say that all of Gwen Stefani’s costume changes during her Las Vegas residency debut show were eye-catching, the singer now reveals which one was like a ‘fantasy’ to wear. Last night, while on stage at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino’s Zappos Theatre, Stefani playfully revealed to the audience that wearing a cowgirl costume in front of her country crooner boyfriend, Blake Shelton was just like a ‘fantasy come true’ for her.
So then, how did he feel seeing his lady clad in Jeremy Scott for Moschino ensemble on stage?
Apparently, it was a ‘been there, done that’ type of reaction.
‘You know, he is like my bestie, so of course, he has seen everything as it’s been going. I’m] just bouncing [ideas] off of him and stuff like that,’ Stefani told ET.

She went on: ‘But I don’t think he knew what that whole ending scene was going to look like. I could picture it in my mind, but to make it finally look like that, it was beautiful… I was trying to ask him [what he thought]. He had to come and leave. He’s doing the blind [auditions at The Voice] today.’
Even though the man was in Las Vegas for a short time, he helped a lot while there as he was seen taking care of one of Gwen’s sons, Apollo, 4, holding him on his lap like a loving father.
These are the type of moments Gwen really treasures, and she tried to incorporate that into her show as well.
She explained that ‘The ending of the show, what I was trying to say in a huge kind of love note way is just how amazing life can be, where everybody has to go through these challenges and these dark times, and then there’s always a rainbow. We literally put a rainbow on the screen, and sunflowers. And that’s what my life feels like right now in so many ways.’
‘I’m so grateful to get to this point. There’s always going to be more stuff that’s going to happen, and I know that. But I have that seed of faith that my parents gave me. I just always try to trust that I’ll find the answer.’
