Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore announced during last season’s reunion that she and her husband, Marc Daly, were expecting a baby. But ever since the announcement, people have accused her of faking the pregnancy. Is it possible that the 47-year-old lied to attempt to save her spot on the popular reality show?
According to Radar Online, when the women were filming the reunion in March, Moore didn’t look pregnant, and the rest of the cast didn’t believe her.
“No one really believes Kenya is pregnant, and producers think that she said that she was pregnant in order to get signed up for the next season. This was a last-ditch effort to get a contract,” says an inside source.

After the reunion, when Moore posted her first baby bump photo on social media, fans quickly called her out for not having a bump and accused her of trying to stay relevant. So, she ended up deleting the pic.
The rumors that Moore could be faking the pregnancy continued when her co-star Kandi Burruss posted a video of the former beauty queen on her Instagram story where fans could see folds under her dress – an indication she could be wearing a prosthetic belly.
Then earlier this month, Moore posted another pic where she sat next to her husband, and her bump was completely gone. But fertility specialist, Dr. Steinberg – who has not treated Moore – said that it is likely the former RHOA star is actually pregnant because egg freezing has been a viable option for women over the past decade, with a dramatic increase in success over the last five years.
Soon after announcing her pregnancy, Moore revealed that she began seeing a fertility specialist when she was 40, and she knew how to take supplements to increase her chances of producing fresh eggs.
She added that this is a happy time for her, and she refused to entertain nonsense.
Moore has attempted to debunk the fake pregnancy rumors by posting bare baby bump pics, but the skepticism continues for many fans.
As far as her future goes with Real Housewives of Atlanta, Moore continues to deny that producers fired her from the show after last season. However, when the cast got together recently in Miami to film for next season, Moore was not with them.
Maybe she stayed behind to prepare for “baby twirl.” But, we are leaning towards her time on the show has ended, and Moore just isn’t willing to admit it.
New episodes of Real Housewives of Atlanta — most likely without Kenya Moore — will return to Bravo later this year.
