Jimmy Carter, the former president, is speaking out on the allegations that the president cheated on his wife with Stormy Daniels. As you may know, the media hasn’t quit talking about the porn star who claims she was forced into submission and silence regarding their supposed affair.
During an interview on the 27th of March, Tuesday, the old president, 93, touched on the issues we’ve all been hearing about for the last month.
When speaking with Norah O’Donnell from CBS This Morning, Carter, in true partisan fashion, stated it would be great for the Democratic party this year, but also in 2020.
However, it would be bad for Trump, and it’s certainly bad for his wife, Melania, who has to deal with all of the embarrassment and blowback.
Carter thinks most people in the United States want a politician who tells the truth and has “basic moral values,” including but not limited to having the capacity to be faithful to one’s wife.
Times have changed since Jimmy was the president. Carter admitted that the affair isn’t having the same effect as it would’ve had maybe twenty years ago.
As the reports go, Daniels claims she and the 71-year-old president had an affair back in 2006 when he was married to Melania who was expecting their son, Barron.
Donald’s attorney allegedly paid Daniels $130,000 to not say anything about their affair during the 2016 presidential election. Moreover, the non-disclosure agreement is supposedly null and void because Trump never signed it.
In response to the accusations that she is merely capitalizing on Trump’s indiscretions, the adult film actress said she is “getting more job offers,” but there isn’t a person in the world who wouldn’t do so. On the other side of the argument, Stormy probably knew Trump was married at the same time, so aren’t both parties guilty?
