Orlando Brown has done better in the past. Fans will remember his co-starring role on That’s So Raven, but since then, he’s run into several legal disputes, ones which appear to have derailed his career.
According to a report from TMZ, bounty hunters captured Brown at a residence in Las Vegas and he was subsequently arrested. The publication reported that authorities issued an arrest warrant for him.
During a raid in the morning, bounty hunters rushed into his home and found him on the second floor of the house where he was wearing just boxer shorts and a t-shirt. You could say that Brown was caught at a particularly vulnerable moment, considering the hunters cuffed him while he wasn’t even wearing shoes.
According to the man who nabbed Brown, Lucky, he claims to have had legal paperwork and a warrant permitting him to search for and subsequently arrest Brown.
Reportedly, Brown has been in trouble with the authorities following a domestic abuse incident between himself and a past girlfriend.
As you may know, Brown isn’t the only star to have domestic violence disputes. Nick Gordon, the ex-boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown, has found himself in trouble for similar reasons.
Either way, it appears as though the present day is no longer tolerant of domestic abuses. Perhaps, men in the industry should be more conscientious of their actions.
Nevertheless, it looks like we won’t be seeing Brown on TV again for quite some time. One insider close to the former That’s So Raven star explained, “his fame at the beginning of his career kind of set him off on a bad path. He was making good money, and with all of that cash came responsibility and temptation. He simply couldn’t handle it.”
