According to brand new reports, it looks like the former BFFs might end up rekindling their friendship following the loss of Jill Zarin’s husband. Apparently, the mourning star of Real Housewives of New York is done with their eight-year-long feud.
That being said, we have learned that Jill decided to invite her nemesis Bethenny Frankel to her late husband’s funeral that is set to take place tomorrow, January 15.
As fans of the reality TV show must know already, Bobby Zarin lost the battle with cancer this weekend.
One insider revealed that despite the long history of bad blood between Zarin and Frankel, the latter is welcome to pay her respects in person as well, not only on social media.
‘Jill feels life’s too short and holding onto ugly feelings just isn’t worth it. She wants to remember all the good times and there was a period of time when Bobby and Bethenny were very close. When Bethenny had no money, Bobby was good to her. And if it wasn’t for Bobby and Jill, Bethenny wouldn’t have been cast on the Bravo Housewives show either,’ the source claimed.
Bobby Zarin passed away at age 71 after battling thyroid cancer for years.
Jill, as well as the rest of his loving family, was by his side as he ‘peacefully’ died.
As for the feud between the two reality TV stars, it all started back in 2010 when Jill got fired from the show.
Later on, she did film a cameo alongside Luann De Lesseps but her former best friend Bethenny refused to also appear.
‘I remember there was a turning point … I was hosting the Today show. When I got there, the first thing I was told by the producers was that Jill called her and she lost her mind. ‘Why not me? I am better than her,’’ Frankel once claimed.
Do you believe there is a chance the two women will be great friends again?
