Kanye West slammed Drake in I Love It! Was he offended by it? HollywoodLife claims that he definitely didn’t like it and now, the drama between the two rappers is back on even though they had just made peace.
As you may know, Kanye apologized for the shade he’s thrown at Drake before but then went ahead and dropped I Love It, featuring Lil Pump, that seems to make reference to the In My Feelings star’s lovechild, Adonis.
The lyrics go: ‘How you start a family? The condom slipped up.’
Now, a source tells the outlet that: ‘Kanye has put Drake in a tough spot, yet again. Even though the lyrics in the song are vague everybody in the industry is buzzing that it is about Drake and that bugs the hell out of him. Drake’s in a weird place at the very top of the rap game, where everybody thinks any subtle diss is about him, so he ends up taking it personally.’
‘He feels like he has a target on his back and everyone’s to take shots at him, even Kanye, which is a really tough place to be, always watching your back. Drake feels offended and disrespected yet again.’
The insider went on to also reveal that while he has dirt on Kanye, Drake is not planning on firing back.
‘Drake knows all sorts of secrets and troubling information on Kanye, but he doesn’t want to go there and clap back at him. Drake’s doing his best to manage his temper and not start a full-on war with Kanye or anyone.’
The reason? Apparently, ‘Drake wants to rise above the negative energy around him and focus on his own career and family. But if Kanye, or anyone else in the rap game keeps coming after Drake, he is not afraid to defend himself by any means necessary, which could get ugly real fast.’
Do you think he should release a diss track or take the high road and ignore the shade?
