The rapper admitted that he once saw Rihanna as someone he wanted to start a family with. As you may know, he ended up having an unplanned baby boy named Adonis with a French former adult film star, Sophie Brussaux.
While chatting with LeBron James and Maverick Carter on The Shop, Drake said that ‘As life takes shape and teaches you lessons, I end up in this situation where I do not have the fairy tale, like, ‘Oh, Drake started a family with Rihanna and it is like so perfect’…it looks so good on paper.’
He then admitted that ‘By the way, I wanted that too at one time.’

Taking out his phone to show a pic of the infant to the host, Drake gushed: ‘I have a son, he’s a beautiful boy.’
LeBron agreed as he exclaimed: ‘Crazy blue eyes, bro.’
‘Crazy blue eyes, baby blue eyes. You know he is already in the pool shooting the basketball. He is gonna get to a certain age, I am gonna bring him right to ‘Bron’s house and Imma be like, ‘Yo, summer camp at Bronny’s house!’ Drake went on to say.
About his new life co-parenting with a woman he is not involved romantically with, he said: ‘I am a single father learning to communicate with a woman who …. we’ve had our moments. I do want to be able to explain to our son what happened. But I do not have any desire for him to not love his mother or I do not want like, I do not ever want the world to be angry at his mom. Like, we’ve found ourselves in a situation and we’re both equally responsible and now, like, I am just really excited to be a great father.’
‘Because I want him to love his mother and I have to project that energy. But I did not come from that. I came from my mother being like, ‘Nah, your dad is this.’ But my dad would never speak ill of my mother, ever ever ever, and my mother’s the nicest, kindest, sweetest woman, but she is a woman scorned and a woman who is exhausted.’
Do you think it would’ve been a perfect fairytale if Drake and Rihanna remained together and had a baby?
