Even though Jennifer Garner has a new man in her life, she is still making demands on her troubled ex-husband. According to a new report, Garner wants Ben Affleck to stop dating and focus on his health and sobriety.
In August, Garner performed an intervention on her ex and drove him to rehab. Since then, Affleck has finished his treatment, but Garner is laying down the law when it comes to his personal life.
“Jen is trying to ban Ben from dating,” says an insider. “She’s given him an ultimatum to quit seeing women and focus on staying sober.”

Radar Online is reporting that the Justice League actor recently told fans that he completed rehab for alcohol addiction and is now fighting for himself and his family. Affleck and Garner also finalized their divorce on October 5th, three years after they split.
Garner recently started a new relationship with CaliGroup CEO John Miller, and he is in the middle of his own divorce and custody battle with his estranged wife, violinist Caroline Campbell. But, Garner still cares about Affleck, who is the father of her three children — Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6.
This means that Garner wants Affleck to stop playing around with Playboy models and get his life together. The Peppermint actress was reportedly horrified by Affleck running off to Montana with Shauna Sexton right after the court finalized their divorce and he finished treatment.
Affleck and Sexton split up after their getaway, and an insider says that Garner is scolding Affleck and approaching the situation with tough love. She is even offering her ex more time with the kids if he stays sober.
As for Garner’s new man, Miller has been going through an ugly divorce since 2011. Miller married Campbell in 2005, and the former couple has two children. They reconciled in 2012 but ended up filing for divorce again in 2014.

According to court documents, Campbell claimed that Miller was controlling, and is “accustomed to being the CEO of companies.” So, he gets satisfaction from controlling his wife, and is making her pay the price for ending the marriage.
Miller and Campbell finally reached a divorce agreement on October 22nd, and they are now waiting for a judge to sign off on the paperwork.
Some insiders say that Jennifer Garner and Miller have been in a “loving and serious” relationship for six months. But others claim that they are keeping things casual, and he has yet to meet her children.
Ben Affleck and Garner most recently were spotted cheering on his beloved Boston Red Sox at the World Series.
