Demi Lovato is now out of the hospital and in rehab after her July 24th overdose, and celebrity couple Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi have offered their beach house to Lovato once she gets out of rehab, so she can fully recover. Both DeGeneres and de Rossi are reportedly heartbroken over Lovato’s relapse and are willing to do anything they can to help their friend.
According to Hollywood Life, DeGeneres adores Lovato and can’t stand seeing the 25-year-old singer in such trouble.
“Ellen told Demi that their beach house [in Santa Barbara, Calif.] is hers whenever she wants it. It’s close to nature and the perfect place to escape the pressures of Hollywood. They’ve also extended an invitation for her to stay at their L.A. place,” says an insider.

But, they both want to do more than just give Lovato a place to stay. De Rossi wants to get the singer involved in equestrian therapy, and both she and DeGeneres “are determined to help Demi recover.”
Last month, after being found unconscious at her home in the Hollywood Hills, an ambulance rushed Lovato to Cedars Sinai Hospital — after first responders gave her Narcan to resuscitate her — where she stayed until August 4th. The next day, she wrote on Instagram that she needs time to heal and focus on sobriety and recovery.
Lovato also told fans that she would not forget the love they have shown her, and she looks forward to the day where she can say she came out on the other side. She has not yet publicly accepted DeGeneres and de Rossi’s offer, but it is allegedly out there for the taking if she wants it.
In the meantime, Lovato has checked herself into a luxury rehab center in Arizona that costs $60,000 for inpatient treatment and offers different options for patients suffering from both addiction and mental health issues.
Lovato’s mother, Dianna Hart, has also given her daughter a strict set of rules which include being in rehab for at least thirty days and having a sober coach for one year after her release from treatment. An insider also reveals that Lovato will have to FaceTime with her mom at least once a day and must submit to random drug testing at any given moment.
Before she checked into rehab, Demi Lovato made a statement on Instagram taking full responsibility for her actions, and also promised her fans that she would “keep fighting.”
