Counting On stars Jeremy Vuolo and Jinger Duggar are expecting their first baby in July, and the soon-to-be dad already has a plan for their growing family. Jeremy is a pastor at Grace Community Church in Laredo, Texas, and he recently opened up about how he is going to teach his children to have the same faith in God as he and his wife do.
According to In Touch Weekly, the couple attended the G3 conference in Atlanta earlier this month, and during their stay, Jeremy appeared on the Calvinist Batman & Friends podcast. The 30-year-old shared the link to the interview on his Twitter account over the weekend, and during the discussion, the hosts asked him about how parents can teach their children to enjoy worship.

Even though Jeremy and Jinger are in the beginning stages of starting their family, he did have plans on how to navigate that situation when he becomes a parent.
He said that it all begins with establishing a relationship with your wife. Jeremy explained that if you are abiding in Christ and walking with him daily and you have open lines of communication about that, he thinks it will translate to your children.
“If you’re not spending the time in the work yourself, if you’re not disciplining yourself to walk with Christ in your devotional time,” Jeremy continued, “Then how do you expect to really pour into [your] family?”
Since the couple announced their pregnancy, Jeremy has been open about his hopes for parenthood. In their announcement video, the reality star said he hoped the baby would look like, act like, and be like his wife.
He then joked that he was a terror when he was a kid, so he is hoping their baby is as much like Jinger has possible.
But she said that she wants their child to be kind and gracious, like her husband.
Both think they are having a boy, but Jeremy added that he wouldn’t mind having “a little princess.”
The couple is extremely excited about becoming parents and Jinger says she can’t believe they are at this stage in life.
The 24-year-old recently revealed her first baby bump photo on Instagram, along with a sign that read, “15 weeks. Baby is the size of an apple.”
The mom-to-be posed in a form-fitting black t-shirt and khaki pants and gave a side view so fans could see the tiny bump. Jinger captioned the photo with, “Baby Vuolo is growing!”
Unlike her sister Joy-Anna, it looks like Jinger will be sharing regular baby bump pictures with fans, and they have already revealed the baby is due in July. Joy-Anna has all but disappeared from social media since announcing her pregnancy in August and has never shared a due date. She is believed to be due at the end of February, exactly nine months after walking down the aisle.
Jeremy Vuolo and Jinger Duggar are back with new episodes of Counting On next month on TLC.
