Lately, for Counting On stars Jessa Duggar and her husband, Ben Seewald, every video they post on social media results in major backlash. In the latest clip, they attempted to give fans a glimpse into their home and their life with their two baby boys, but all fans could see is how dangerous their home is. Does the Seewald family really live in a house of horrors?
The young couple’s home doesn’t appear to be safe after their latest video showed hard objects all over the floor. In the latest Instagram video, the Seewald’s one-year-old son Henry is sliding down his indoor Fisher Price slide, and he was heading for some major pain.
Just when little Henry starts his slide, Seewald lunged towards his youngest son just in time to remove the hard objects that covered the floor. He didn’t completely remove them, but instead pushed them under the couch and a blanket.
This is the second incident in just a few days that has resulted in fans calling the Seewald’s home safety into question.
Last week, after Jessa shared a seemingly innocent post of her two-year-old son Spurgeon reading a book, fans could only focus on Henry in the background playing in a fireplace.
He didn’t appear to be any danger, but everyone is a critic when it comes to Duggar parenting practices.
In addition to their home being full of clutter, the Seewalds also have a location problem. Their house is located next to a major highway known for its deadly car crashes.
Best friends forever. ? I thank God for giving me such a caring, compassionate, patient, thoughtful, understanding, selfless, loving, godly husband. I’m reminded daily just how blessed I am to be married to you. I don’t know another man who is as quick to ask forgiveness when he messes up as you are. I don’t know another dad who is more involved in the diapers, cuddles, wrestling matches and training moments as you are. I don’t know another man who is as sensitive to the emotions and feelings of others as you are. You’re a priceless treasure. God blessed me beyond in giving me you.
The home on the nearly half-acre lot is near Highway 49, and fans are concerned that Henry and Spurgeon are in some serious danger.
Despite the deadly highway being so close to their house, Jessa often posts pictures of her boys playing outside with just a few trees separating them from the dangerous road. The family does not have a fence around their property.
Just a few days ago, the Washington County Sheriff’s office reported a fatal multiple vehicle crash in the area where the family lives.
Fans will get the opportunity to see more of Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald’s home when the new season of Counting On premieres Monday, February 26th on TLC.
