The mother of Chris Brown’s child, Nia Guzman, is back on top of media headlines after publications reported she tried to intimidate a former acquaintance who is a witness in the custody battle between Guzman and Brown. In a report from TMZ, the witness, Shakur Sozahdah, is requesting a restraining order against Nia and made several claims regarding Nia’s alleged behavior.
TMZ alleges that Royalty’s mother parked in front of Shakur’s house and “sprinkled a weird substance” in her yard and won’t stop talking trash and texting her along with other family members.
The website said that Guzman’s alleged actions are an attempt to start a one-on-one discussion between Sozahdah and Nia.
Sozahdah claims she is a witness in the battle for full rights of the 3-year-old girl and thinks Nia is using “scare tactics” to stop her from testifying in the contentious court battle.
However, Guzman came out to deny the allegations outright by saying she has not seen the woman since early 2007 – over ten years ago. Although, this doesn’t appear to make sense because Royalty is just three-years-old.
With that said, the judge decided to grant the court mandate in favor of Sozahdah, and it requires Guzman to stay at least fifty yards away at all times. Guzman can’t contact Sozahdah indirectly or directly either.
You can check out what Sozahdah – bizarrely we might add – has to say in the video above. Shakur Sozahdah is Chris Brown’s babysitter for Royalty according to TMZ, so she reportedly has very personal information regarding the couple’s relationship.
