It’s no wonder Cher looks so stunning at the age of 72! The singer revealed that she likes to work out a lot aside from other things she does to stay in shape.
While on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Cher spilled all of her fitness and health secrets and the tips are indeed worth trying, seeing the results on her.
First of all, Ellen was curious to learn about Cher’s perfectly shaped butt!
‘Well, I have a number of them (exercises). OK, so you get down on all fours, and put your leg up, like you make an L shape with your leg, and you do it up like that, and you do fire hydrants,’ the star shared with the host and audience.
But how many and how often should the rest of us do the fire hydrant? Apparently, Cher does three sets of 25 which might be a lot for most people, even young ones!
Perhaps the most important secret of her lifestyle, however, is to keep the routine going.
‘Not every day, but a lot of times,’ the singer said, adding that she also does squats and power plates.
While the ‘old fashioned’ exercises have never failed her, Cher revealed that she also loves a newer fitness trend – Zumba.
The celeb says she never attends chasses outside the comfort of her own home.
‘Can you believe…she’s 72 years old!’ Ellen gushed.
For those who want to look like Cher at her age, the singer recommended planking.
‘I could do it for two minutes without a sweat. Did you see me doing a plank with Harry Smith?’ Cher asked Ellen.
As fans may know, the two competed to see who can hold a plank longer and she ended up winning! What an inspiration!
