On February 16, Drake released a music video which is really emotional. We are referring to the music video for his recent single called God’s Plan in which he gifted the whole budget of the video to charity.
A few hours later, Drake wrote an emotional message on his Instagram account just after the tragic shooting at Florida’s Major Stoneman Douglas High School.
He encouraged all of his fans to give back to their community in their own personal way.
Drake advised his fans to do any kind of good that they can for their community, and after that, he asked his fans to ‘please tag me in it somehow so I can see all the love being spread.’
He is not only asking his fans to give back, but he is also leading them by example.
On Friday morning, his label called OVO Sound has released the official music video for the song God’s Plan, and in the video, we can see Drake himself giving almost $1 million to the people in Miami in all kinds of forms of charity.
‘The budget for this video was $996,631.90,’ the video began, and the continued saying that, ‘We gave it all away. Don’t tell the label.’
It’s great to see an artist like Drake using his fame and money to help people who need it. We are curious to see what kind of good deeds will his video and message inspire among his fans.
