Britney Spears can’t seem to get enough of her model boyfriend, Sam Asghari. Cameras caught the two packing on some serious PDA this past week while they went out for an afternoon lunch date in Tarzana, California. The 36-year-old Spears kissed and hugged the 24-year-old personal trainer outside of the Sol Y Luna Mexican restaurant.
According to Radar Online, Spears showed off her curves in a skin-tight cream mini dress while stepping out with her much younger man, and Asghari kept things casual by wearing dark workout gear.
It has been two years since the couple first sparked dating rumors when cameras caught them out on a date in Los Angeles. Since then, Spears and Asghari have been inseparable, and he isn’t shy when it comes to gushing about his lady on social media.

Spears sticks with sharing things like workout videos on her Instagram, and her recent posts looked grueling. She says that they were, even if she and Asghari made them look easy. The pair went through intricate movements that included Asghari lifting Spears several times and her doing a handstand, and they made it look effortless. But the reality is that he put her through it.
She said that because he is a trainer, they must make everything look perfect, and they did about 40 takes. Usually, her son Sean Preston shoots her videos, and they finish them quickly with just one take. But, with Asghari she jokes that they did it a million times, and it was horrible.
The Toxic singer says she prefers challenging workouts because she gets bored easily, and she plans to ramp up the exercise in the coming weeks because she is going back on the road for her Piece of Me tour. She will be leaving her Las Vegas residency and will be performing all over North America and Europe starting July 12th in Washington, D.C.
Spears says she is shy, and for her, the best way to come out of her shell is when she is on stage.
“I’m very sensitive and sometimes I just want to run away because I’m a very shy person,” she said in a recent interview. “I think energy is contagious and when I get onstage with the dancers, we all kind of vibe off each other. We feel the same energy and we connect.”
When you see her perform, it may be difficult to believe that she isn’t outgoing, but in front of an audience, Spears says her stage persona takes over. She adds that it is an escape for her and it boosts her confidence. It’s like an alter-ego thing, she admits. Something clicks, and she turns into a different person, and Britney Spears believes that it is a gift she is able to do that.
