Brad Pitt doesn’t want to hear anything about Angelina Jolie’s money woes. The actress recently bashed the World War Z star for not paying child support and giving her the money, she deserves. But Pitt believes the allegations are absurd given how Jolie just made millions on her latest movie, Maleficent 2.
Jolie and Pitt have been fighting a bitter custody battle ever since the actress filed for divorce in 2016. In the most recent development, Jolie accused her former spouse of skipping out on child support. Pitt fired back by revealing he loaned Jolie $8 million after their breakup so that she could purchase a new home.

He also dished out over $1.3 million in child support the past two years. Jolie countered by saying the home loan had nothing to do with child support and should not be counted towards his payments.
“What has been filed by Brad’s side today is a blatant attempt to obfuscate the truth and distract from the fact that he has not fully met his legal obligations to support the children,” Jolie’s lawyer, Bley DeJean, explained in a statement.
An inside source, meanwhile, revealed that Pitt doesn’t believe Jolie is experiencing financial problems. According to Radar Online, the source called Jolie’s claims are “crazy,” especially considering how she just made $20 million for starring in Maleficent 2, which hits theaters in two years.

To complicate things even further, the amount of child support Pitt legally has to pay is based on his current level of income. As of this year, Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s income is almost equal, which could lessen the amount he is required to give her.
While the divorce battle rages on, Pitt is currently busy filming a new Quentin Tarantino project with Leonardo DiCaprio. The actor was recently spotted filming a scene with DiCaprio for the movie, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.
The scene took place just outside of Paramount Studios and featured Pitt picking up DiCaprio in an old Cadillac. Pitt appeared more than happy working alongside DiCaprio, despite everything going on in his personal life.

Pitt’s newest movie is based on the Charles Manson murders that took place in Hollywood in 1969. The project is slated to come out 50 years after the murders, which took the life of actress Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie). Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is scheduled to be released in theaters next year.
Brad Pitt has not officially commented on the latest developments surrounding his divorce with Jolie. It has nearly been two years since Jolie filed for divorce and it doesn’t seem like they are any closer to resolving it.
