It seems that megastar Brad Pitt is finally in a good place after his unexpected split from his wife and partner.
In the fall of 2016, Angelina Jolie dropped the bombshell that she and Mr. Pitt were going their separate ways.
The Hollywood superstars had a worldwide romance that lasted over a decade and raised a cute clan of children composed of 16-year-old Maddox, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, 11, and Vivienne and Knox, 9.
Over the weekend, Pitt, who has been low-key since the split, surprised many by appearing at the Gersh pre-Oscar bash in LA’s Chateau Marmont Hotel.
Pitt went for a casual all-navy look and even posed with a few people at the event. According to the Inquisitr, the father of six is happy and is moving on with his life.
Many are wondering if the fact that his former wife, Jennifer Aniston, is now single has anything to do with it.
Recently, Entertainment Tonight presenter Nancy O’Dell confirmed to The Mirror that the rumors are true and that the exes are in touch.
She said: “They have each other’s numbers and communicate from time to time. Jen and Brad have remained friendly.”
Another source told the British paper: “Jen and Brad have remained quite close since their 2005 split, but she has leaned on him more over the past 15 months.”
Hollywood Life has revealed that Pitt is not in a rush to find love with Aniston or anyone else.
The insider shared: “Brad knows it is difficult for a person when they have to go through a divorce, but he is not happy that his name is being dragged and be linked with hers again.”
The person added: “He would love to be removed from it, but he knows he will be in the midst of it and he will do his best to avoid it. He just wants to get back to a normal for his life, and he knows that with the separation on everyone’s mind and the connection people are making with him that it will not happen anytime soon.”
One fan reacted to the story by saying: “Amazing couple I look forward to seeing them together again.”
Many supporters are hoping that exes will fall in love again.
