Six months after announcing her split from Justin Theroux, Jennifer Aniston is opening about her love life in a new interview with InStyle magazine. Along with a sexy photoshoot, Aniston talks about her failed relationships — both with Theroux and Brad Pitt — and also gives some insight as to why she didn’t have children. And according to an insider, Aniston talking about her personal life doesn’t bother Pitt.
As Hollywood Life reports, Aniston rarely talks about such private issues, and the fact that she has recently decided to open up a bit will probably result in some rekindled interest in Aniston and Pitt getting back together. But the Fight Club star understands that fans will always be curious about their relationship and dramatic split, and the two will forever be connected in pop culture and the media.

The insider says that Pitt’s name will always come up in interviews with Aniston, and vice versa, but the former couple has accepted it because it is part of the life they live. And, so much time has passed since their divorce, Pitt looks back at the good times he had with Aniston, and he is OK with her talking about him.
“They are both adults, and he can deal with it. It’s a waste of energy to feel any different about things when it comes to Jen. We all move on, and he has moved on and being bothered by anything she might say about him now or in the future really doesn’t do anything good for him,” adds the source.
In her InStyle interview, Aniston didn’t specifically mention Pitt or Theroux, but she did say that all of the media misconceptions about her failed relationships are “pretty crazy.” She says the different narratives like she “can’t keep a man,” or “refuses to have a baby” because she is selfish and career-driven, or she is “heartbroken” after her divorce are all “reckless assumptions.”
Aniston says she is not heartbroken, and when it comes to her not having kids, no one knows what goes on behind closed doors. She explains that no one considers how sensitive that topic could be for her and her partner, and no one knows what she has been through emotionally or medically — hinting that she might have had some issues conceiving.

The 49-year-old added that there is such pressure in our society for women to be mothers, that if they don’t have kids, they become “damaged goods.” She says that her purpose on the planet might not be to procreate, but instead, she has other things she is supposed to do.
The scorned woman narrative has followed Aniston since her marriage to Pitt ended in 2004, and the media has speculated on her childless status for more than a decade. But she doesn’t find the rumors hurtful anymore. Instead, she focuses on the absurdity of the media obsession itself.
Jennifer Aniston says that, for the most part, she can “sit back and laugh” at all of the ridiculous headlines, and they just keep getting more and more absurd by the day.
Brad Pitt has not commented on the reconciliation rumors.
