Ryan Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, are keeping at their typical game of cat-and-mouse on social media in the middle of their sixth anniversary today, Sunday, September 9th. Mr. Reynolds shared a photograph on which he starred as the spokesman for Aviation Gin, and Blake had something to say about it.
In the comment section beneath the photo, the actress wrote, “Who needs a minivan? I’m driving this from now on.” The 31-year-old star went on to describe the truck as “subtle” and “gorgeous.”
In August, Blake, who attended a party in honor of the gin Ryan was advertising, said that there was only one reason she went, and it wasn’t for her husband.
The star joked, “when you all go to a party just for the free food.” As you may know, earlier in the summer, Blake said that she missed out on a hot date with Ryan’s supposed twin brother.
In a comment, the star wrote, “your brother is so hot. I’ve made a terrible mistake,” in reference to an ad where Ryan said it wasn’t him, but his twin.
As fans of the couple know, they’ve been married for six years, and have two children together, James, and Inez, who are 3 and 1, respectively.
These days, Ryan has been on top of the box office with his Deadpool series, arguably one of the more successful comic book movies, except with a much stronger comedic twist.
During the marketing campaign for Deadpool 2, Ryan showed up to the door of David Beckham in a video clip, where the soccer player subsequently slammed the door because Deadpool made fun of his voice so much in the last movie. Another star who suffered Reynold’s wrath was Hugh Jackman, who Ryan said he had to warn before the release of the film.
