Blake Lively is a beautiful mother of two that loves to take care of herself, and the results are showing! The actress gained more than 60 lbs during her second pregnancy, but after she welcomed the baby, she put a lot of work into getting back in shape, and it has definitely paid off!
Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds welcomed their second daughter Ines back in September of 2016 and less than a year and a half later, the star is in top shape again!
She took to social media to show off her incredible transformation today, February 12.
The beauty explained that while she was expecting the second addition to the family, she gained no less than 61 pounds.
However, since then, she has managed to shed all of that extra weight an looks spectacular.

In order to look in top form for her movie The Shallows, she lost all the weight and got toned in just eight months.
During an interview at the time, she revealed her secret: ‘No processed foods.’
‘What we did was no gluten and no soy. It seems like it was easy to cut out but you realize there’s soy in everything. Even if it is healthy, whole foods or organic stuff there is always soy in it,’ Blake explained.
