Today, Lady Gaga took to social media to share a selfie that featured her in a sweatshirt that was a present from her close friend and Telephone partner Queen Bey. The mentioned clothing item was from Beyonce’s personal Ivy Park collection and a special gift for the fellow singer that is currently struggling with some health issues.
Gaga stated that despite the fact that she was having a bad day, health-wise, she managed to find some comfort in the sweatshirt from Beyonce and wanted to thank her officially on Instagram.
‘Not having a good pain day. Thank you, honey ? B for sending me this comfy sweatshirt. Keeps me warm outside in a hammock so I can be with the trees, and the sky, and the sun and take deep breaths. Feel so lucky to have so much love,’ Lady Gaga captioned the photo.
As fans may already be aware, the 31-year-old performed decided to open up about living with fibromyalgia recently – the said disorder causes extreme fatigue and chronic pain.
Gaga had no choice but cancel her Joanne World Tour not before apologizing to her fans for the inconvenience.
In addition to talking more openly about her struggles on social media, she also opened up about them in her new Netflix documentary, Five Foot Two.
The footage shows Gaga getting shots to lessen her pain and explain that she has been dealing with her disorder for about four or five years.
Finally, the star credited her fans for helping her get over her pain on stage, when the adrenaline takes over, and she completely forgets about it.
