After welcoming twins, Beyonce is back at the gym working harder than ever to get back in shape to tear the stage at the 2018 Coachella music festival.
Last year, the diva was forced to cancel her performance because she was pregnant with twins — Sir and Rumi.
Via Instagram, Queen Bey shared a few pictures during her rehearsals with her backup dancers and revealed that she is now a vegan trying to lose the weight.
A source told Hollywood Life that she plans to have her best body ever when she gets back to the stage.
The insider said: “Beyoncé is planning to have her best body ever at Coachella this year. She already looks amazing, but she wants to hit a personal best. She is working out twice a day, and there are times she does three workouts a day. She is mixing it up and doing all kinds of different stuff with her trainers, everything from Pilates to HITT training and private Soul Cycle classes.”
The tipster added: “She has already lost most of the baby weight from the twins [Rumi and Sir Cater], so she is not stressing out about this. It is more about having a personal challenge; it is that last six or seven pounds and just wanting to tighten up more all around. She loves a challenge, so she is having fun with this. And, this is not just about her appearance. The intense training is also a part of giving her best performance. Coachella is a grueling show, the heat and the dry air are brutal. Beyoncé does not want to miss a beat or struggle with her breath so doing two hours of cardio a day is not that crazy, not for a perfectionist like her,”
A fan reacted to the story by saying: “You are seriously a gift from God, congratulations on your success! Well deserved talent! The Only reason I’m going to Coachella is that you’ll be there!”
A person bashed her for not being a real vegan by writing: “She is also wearing a lot more fur and leather and supporting those industries more than the most of us. Going vegan for a few weeks to look good on stage is nothing but any weight loss diet.
Telling fans to join her can, on the other hand, be an eye-opener if it gets people get to look into it more. But still, you are not a full vegan, to be a vegan per definition is skipping animals all the way. It’s about compassion, not a diet.”
Fans are eager to see Bey.
