The happy couple is officially starting their life together! We have learned that The Bachelor star Arie Luyendyk Jr. and his chosen one, Lauren Burnham have purchased an $870,000 home to move together in.
Considering that Arie is a real estate agent, they were able to see no less than 70 houses before they decided on the 2,607 square-feet property and made an offer.
Luyendyk took to social media to commemorate the special milestone.
He shared a photo featuring the two of them standing in front of their first home, captioning it: ‘Officially new homeowners! Annnnnd I have blue pants to match our door.’
Meanwhile, his fiancée posted a similar photo, writing: ‘Officially new homeowners.’
As you may be aware, the pair had been living in his condo but apparently, they decided to move because they had a really nosy neighbor.
Burnham previously told GQ that ‘It’s not fun having pictures of you in your pajamas showing up on the internet.’
‘Buying a house is obviously another huge step in our relationship, and we are excited to really make it our home. It was built this year, and we cannot wait to move in!’ Luyendyk also told US Weekly.
‘From the minute I walked into this house. I had a good feeling,’ Burnham said.
We know that their brand new house has four bedrooms and the same number of bathrooms as well as a big backyard which is very important considering the pair owns two big dogs.
They’re planning to tie the knot this January in Maui, Hawaii, at the Haiku Mill but the wedding is not going to be televised.
‘I think if we could get married tomorrow, we would. We are really happy with each other, and we vibe well together. We’re best friends, so we’re just ready for that next step,’ Burnham gushed while talking to The View last month.
