Counting On fans have picked up on Amy Duggar’s absence from the family over the past few months. Insiders say that the Duggars shunned Amy because of her rebellious behavior, which explains why she has not been around her cousins. But Amy somehow turned things around over the past week and won back the favor of the Duggar clan, who accepted her back with open arms.
Sources say that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar banned their kids from communicating with Amy, whom they consider rebellious.

Jinger Duggar even unfollowed her on social media, which prompted Amy to go through and delete all photos of the Duggars from her Instagram account. While Amy was clearly on the bad side of the Duggars, something changed in the past three weeks.
Not only did Jinger start following Amy on social media, but the family gave her a birthday shout out on Facebook. The move is a big deal and indicates that Jim Bob and Michelle are no longer banning their children from talking to Amy.
According to The Hollywood Gossip, a few of the Duggar girls also invited Amy to help out with their new singing group, which could be why the family suddenly changed their mind about her.
It is possible that Michelle needed Amy to point her daughter’s in the right direction. After all, the Duggars are pretty conservative and don’t know much about the performing arts.
So many people want to be famous so bad, that they will do anything in order to have fame. You could offer me my own tv show, 100 billion dollars, a music contract where I would be bigger than T- Swift and still, I would never sell my soul. This world is SO sad. #Jesus

Amy once starred on her own show, A Duggar Leaves Home, which explored her attempts to break into the singing world. That said, changing Jim Bob’s mind is not easy, so Amy must have done something really good to get back in his good graces.
The Duggars have not commented on their alleged falling out with Amy Duggar, who is currently trying to start a family of her own with hubby Dillon King.
