Ugly Betty actress America Ferrera and her former co-star, Becki Newton had a little reunion as they both attended Michael Urie’s brand new play, Torch Song, yesterday. The close pals all took to social media to document the great time they had together by posting selfies and sweet messages about the cast,
‘Not one ounce of love (or stupidity) lost in the seven years since the end of #UglyBetty #BettyandMarkandAmanda #uglybettyfamily Also, @michaelurielikesit is brilliant in his latest play, Torch Song! Go see!’ Ferrera captioned the fun pic.
In the comedy, Newton played Amanda Tanen, and she also posted a number of snaps on her personal Instagram page and explained how much her former co-stars mean to her.
The 39-year-old actress confessed that she’d never stop getting inspired by both Fererra and Urie.
And of course, Urie, who played Marc St. James, could not help but also mark their reunion with a social media post.
He also shared a pic from their reunion, captioning it: ’They came. They saw. They picked my nose.’
As fans certainly are aware, friendly America Ferrera seems to be really good at keeping in touch with her former co-stars.
The Superstore actress also reunited with her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants friends recently.
