One of Louis CK’s accusers wasn’t happy with Sarah Silverman’s recent comments about Louis’ sexual misconduct controversy. Recently, Sarah sat down with Howard Stern and revealed that she allowed him to masturbate in front of her on more than one occasion.
According to Rebecca Corry, CK is a “predator” who has “victimized” women for years and lied to everyone about it. As it was previously reported, Sarah said she “wasn’t making excuses for him,” before going on to explain what she believes motivated Louis to do what he did.
Moreover, she didn’t compare herself to any of his victims, she was merely trying to explain CK’s situation, and how things went off the rails in his personal life so quickly.
Sarah said that she and Louis were “equals” and “peers,” and sometimes he would ask her if he could masturbate with her present, and she would allow him to do so.
In response, Corry said on Twitter that “Louis had nothing to offer me,” when he sexually harassed her on set. Silverman tweeted that she was sorry about weighing in on the controversy, and didn’t mean to mitigate what Louis had done.

“I don’t know if I’m going to regret saying this”—Sarah Silverman /// Sarah Silverman said that fellow comedian Louis CK used to masturbate in front of her, with her permission. Silverman was on Howard Stern’s radio show promoting her upcoming show. “I’ve known Louis forever, I’m not making excuses for him, so please don’t take this that way. We are peers. We are equals. When we were kids, and he asked if he could masturbate in front of me, sometimes I’d go, ‘F— yeah I want to see that!’ … It’s not analogous to the other women that are talking about what he did to them. He could offer me nothing. We were only just friends. So sometimes, yeah, I wanted to see it, it was amazing. Sometimes I would say, ‘F—ing no, gross,’ and we got pizza.” Since her initial comments, Sarah was called out by one of Louis CK’s accusers- Rebecca Corry. Silverman apologized to Corry via Twitter, stating, “Ugh this is why I don’t like weighing in. I can’t seem to do press 4 my show w/out being asked about it. But you’re right- you were equals and he fucked with you and it’s not ok.” /// Do you think Sarah is justified?- – – #sarahsilverman #louisck #rebeccacorry #comedy #snl #comedycentral #celebritynews #metoo #timesup #sexualharassment
Again, Corry responded and said that women deal with such behavior on a regular basis: “We deserve to do our art without having to deal with this s**t.”
According to Silverman, during her appearence on Howard Stern’s show, Louis became an influential person with power, and she believes that he didn’t really think of himself that way, and thus, didn’t understand the full repercussions of his behavior and how subordinates received him.
Last year, Corry told her story to the New York Times regarding Louis’ behavior during a television pilot 13 years ago in 2005. When Louis asked her to engage in a sexual act, Corry pointed out the fact he was married and had a pregnant wife – as well as a daughter.
As a result of the allegations, Louis’ fallout from the entertainment industry was swift, as he lost development deals with FX and his latest project, I Love You, Daddy, was immediately shelved. However, he appeared for the first time in a year at the Comedy Cellar in New York, where he was received with praise.
