Abby Lee Miller Is Slowly Learning How To Walk Again!

Following Abby Lee Miller’s cancer surgery, she shared an Instagram photo of herself while she walked on a treadmill held up by a supporting device. The 51-year-old reality star captioned her photo with the message, “look at me, way up high.”
The Dance Moms alum joked that she never thought she would fly up in the air like Peter Pan. Most of her fans online supported her, with one person stating, “I’m really happy to see that you’re remaining positive during a difficult time like this.”
As fans of the ex-con know, Miller received a diagnosis of non-Hodgkins lymphoma after emergency spinal surgery in April. Since then, she has been updating her fans on the slow recovery process.
At the beginning of the month, Miller shared a photo of herself enjoying the beautiful sunshine while sitting in a wheelchair. The dance instructor also showed off a picture of her scar.
Miller explained that after her second surgery, her back is finally repairing itself and beginning to get a bit better. As for how it started, Abby had to go to the hospital after she had begun experiencing horrific back pain. Doctors put her under the knife immediately.
Shortly before that time, she had been serving a prison sentence for a number of different charges, including bankruptcy fraud. An insider explained to us, “Abby is still in the hospital, and they are figuring out what to do next, but everyone is relatively sure she’ll make it out.”
Back in June, Miller said she had started the chemotherapy process, and wrote underneath a selfie on Instagram, “Hair today, gone tomorrow.”
There’s no question that Abby has had a tough past two years after she pleaded guilty to one count of failing to report $10,000 worth of money in Australian currency.
The star also went down on one charge of bankruptcy fraud. When the authorities first pressed charges, she had a whopping 20 counts of bankruptcy fraud and concealed much of her assets. At the time, the judge, Terrence McVerry, said that she had faced up to 10 years in prison.
